Super nice and so helpful.
Their seller apparently didn't have all of the paperwork, not their fault... I guess. So, after 5 months of my time wasted I rescinded my cash offer and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. It's been more than 3 weeks since I made the request. Slow, lack of communication and zero urgency to help the buyer is why I give this place 1 star.
