C21 Hilltop is the absolute worst brokerage in the entire Valley. Tim Mallon in f$&@ing clueless & Sam runs the brokerage by micromanaging all of the agents. All of the brokers there had predicted the absolute collapse of the real estate market. They even quoted a retired CEO banker in their description of how the real estate market would collapse. I wouldn’t trust these arrogant, incompetent people with my house, land, or rental property. I’m surprised that they’re still on business.
