I rented a home from this agency while I looked for a permanent home. The landlords (Century 21 Realtor also owner) were terrible! The home had a fountain that leaked huge amounts of water...I could not reconcile running since we were in a drought - but they didn't fix it. They bilked my deposit and never fixed anything.
