It would have been nice to have been officially and legally informed that my rent increased over a month ago by 20% (yes, 20%!) instead of being ‘notified’ upon receiving my security deposit check - less $175.

Its been years since I've rented here and just randomly thought of them. First I want to say I love everyone that works there. They are kind and compassionate. They are very understanding with situations and accommodating. Though I rent through a private person now, I HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you to everyone when I was renting there. <3
