Staff are rude and unprofessional. All my emails are being return and not deliver. I left a message as well on your voice mail box since no one has picked up the phone. You guys can't charging me for a missing screen charge me $186 for a screen that was not put in by their maintenance guy. The window was fix by your vendor and never put it back on. Rented a property from them and had heat stroke after they refused to address lack of insulation, Non working a/c, And no ventilation fan. Still have not addressed my issues after 4 months. Management actually decided I was being disrespectful when I became angry that my wife and toddler were sweating to death in an office that hadn't had the a/c serviced since 1985 - despite multiple complaints for 3 years. These are awful slumlords, Please avoid at all costs.
The team at Century 21 has been overall helpful once you get ahold of them. They have assisted me with a lockout situation and will promptly submit request for repairs via online submissions. They also helped to offset additional fees when their online payment system made abrupt changes to rent payment processing. Unfortunately, the after hours/emergency # seems to yield no additional response. Leaving me with no other option but to call 911 for what turned out to be a malfunctioning smoke detector in the adjacent unit. They... read more
