Was helping a friend but nothing was available
Easy to access, handicap parking close to entrance. Limited parking on Main Street.
The agent with the open house Ann Hancock, - tried to convince us that the house was worth 20k to 40k more than it was listed for. She also said if we wanted it we should write a offer that weekend because she was sure it would be sold after the Open House. Two weeks later the house is still on the market. It's horrific enough the state of the real estate market present day. It's another thing to mislead folks.
