The tenant was a good tenant and we do not have issues with them. ****** did not fill out and submit her Inventory and Condition form at her move in which is her opportunity to detail any pre-existing damages and issues that she would like to be documented. The lease expressly states "If Tenant fails to timely deliver the Inventory and Condition Form, the Property will be deemed to be free of damages".
