They left us without heat for a month. Then they never told us they moved there office so when I tried to give back there keys they gave us attitude saying "we mail, and messaged you our new address" never got anything. They never pick up there phone and I still have to pay a month there when I'm not living there anymore because they never pick up there phone and never told us how to put in a 30 day notice.

Had call because they were selling a house and the fire alarm was going crazy in there. So I asked them to get ahold of the proper person so they can check the house and they did.
