Edit: My advice to future renters, read the negative reviews before you decide to rent with this company. You can pay your rent on time your whole lease and be a good tenant and have video proof of existing damages and you’ll still end up paying. You will not get your all of your deposit back. If I could post videos I would. The lease is contradicting. Please avoid this company seriously. PLEASE DO NOT GO THRU C21 HAGGERTY. I hired their recommended PROFESSIONAL cleaning service and I still did NOT get my deposit back, because of MINOR cleaning issues. DO NOT DO IT!!

This company is so unprofessional and wants to take advantage of the people that rent with them. If you are military and want a reliable and dependable company to find a home through, DO NOT use this service. They take advantage of people that they know won’t be able to come back and take care of their “complaints” just so that they can keep the deposit. You could not find a more unprofessional company that goes out of its way to con its clients. We arrived to a dirty home in disarray and need of repairs. On our departure, we were expected to professionally clean the property which we did. After leaving the home far better than we found it and PCS-ing to our next station, we were contacted more than a week later that the property found “debris”. They were a great help when we first moved in. After that, it was trouble. We would wait long periods before things got fixed, with no calls or anything. One contractor had to come out 5 times to repair the same thing. Our garage door NEVER got fixed. They claim $650 to paint two 11*10 bedrooms. When doing your initial inspection make sure you mark every light bulb that doesn't work, and any window that does not have a covering - because you will be paying for it when you move out. Customer service is horrible!! Military be warned!!! They are not here to help u they only want your money and when something breaks forget it, u will go days without!!!!! Go with a company that can be trusted!!!! These guys don't have any compassion!!!! Lacking loyalty to their customers!!!!

Century 21 Haggerty is a great Real Estate company. I am new to El Paso and needed to find a home right away. We did just that, a nice house and at a good price! I‘m so glad our agent worked so hard to help us get into our new home. I highly recommend Century 21 Haggerty!

Being new to town I was worried that I would not be taken care of properly. I didnt know what company to go to to find a rental house. I found a house I liked and called the #. The house had just been rented but Nick took this time and asked me what I was looking for in a house. He showed me 3 other houses that he had and I found a great one that fit my budget.
