Edit: My advice to future renters, read the negative reviews before you decide to rent with this company. You can pay your rent on time your whole lease and be a good tenant and have video proof of existing damages and you’ll still end up paying. You will not get your all of your deposit back. If I could post videos I would. The lease is contradicting. Please avoid this company seriously. PLEASE DO NOT GO THRU C21 HAGGERTY. I hired their recommended PROFESSIONAL cleaning service and I still did NOT get my deposit back, because of MINOR cleaning issues. DO NOT DO IT!!

This company is so unprofessional and wants to take advantage of the people that rent with them. If you are military and want a reliable and dependable company to find a home through, DO NOT use this service. They take advantage of people that they know won’t be able to come back and take care of their “complaints” just so that they can keep the deposit. You could not find a more unprofessional company that goes out of its way to con its clients. We arrived to a dirty home in disarray and need of repairs. On our departure, we were expected to professionally clean the property which we did. After leaving the home far better than we found it and PCS-ing to our next station, we were contacted more than a week later that the property found “debris”.
