Terrible year of being with these people. Act nice to your face and turn around and stab you in the back. Claim you owe all this money for stuff they say they did when we moved out and the house was in the Same condition it was found. Never keep there word on coming out and fixing anything, our hot water heater sounded like it was going to blow up the whole time living there and never once did they come do anything about it. They are snakes in the grass be careful renting from these jerks. They just want your money.
I like the apartment, but the staff is a different story. They seem like nice people when you go in and sign a lease, but after you're in your new place of residence, it changes. For several months I called and went in and called some more about a very loud and disruptive noise coming from one of the other properties (managed by them).
