I regret that my experience as an out of state buyer was absolutely horrible using this firm. Every negative thing you could think of when it came to working with them to buy my house without an agent was exactly what I went through. At a certain point I highly considered backing out of the deal and losing my earnest deposit. The deal eventually closed and then when we finally got to our house, it got even worse. Wouldn’t recommend. Was told a high price and they couldn’t deliver. Not one showing in 3 months. Don’t believe the hype.
