Mandi Hart is the worst property manager I have dealt with. I decided to hire Century 21 Gold Rush on personal recommendations and reviews. They leased the property to horrible tenants who damaged the property inside and outside. Tenants repeatedly broke certain things multiple times. Constant jumping around and screaming at all hours of the day and noise complaints to property managers was ignored for months.... and entirety of the lease.
