They kept the place rented, but they did NO maintenance. I lucked out. We sold our property before the boiler broke, and the septic died because it was old, but also because they DID NO Maintenance. They went so far as to LIE to me about servicing the boiler.
I have rented with century 21 for a little over a year and I have nothing bad to say at all. They respond quickly to maintenance request and do a great job at keeping my wife and I informed of any changes that are being made. A big help was we were having issues with our heating and the next morning they had somebody out here fixing it. It was great and I highly recommend renting through century 21.
