If you get Keith Dalton do not use him. He will sale houses you find out from under you. Will not work with his clients. Every house you want to see he won't show you for one excuse or another. Will talk smart allicky to you for explaining what you are looking for. Continuously show you the same houses you've already said you aren't interested in. The worst experience possible. Don’t hire anyone from Century 21 they target the elderly and disabled - Dennis Bane Recently I purchased a home listed by Dennis Bane with Century 21 Real estate. In a nutshell he manipulated the elderly owners of the property and worked with Daniel and Veronica Perkins of EXP Reality to push a unsafe and uninhabitable house through the sales process.
