Beware. They are Very unprofessional, poor work ethic, poor communication and did minimal to sell my property. My husband requested to no longer work with them and asked to remove the listing, the Broker said only if we pay them 10K otherwise they will hold the listing. Gold Real Estate (formally called "Century 21 Gold" In my opinion, is the worst property management. Don't ever trust the owners. I would mention names but, I won't stoop to their level. They won't fix or try to fix anything that's a rental. They are not trust worthy. Don't throw away your money on a business that won't help you!!
