Great place thanks
Upon arriving the house seemed a bit warm and stuffy. We lowered the ONE AC unit down to 68 degrees and went out to dinner- hoping by the time we get back, it would be both cooler and air out odor we smelled. Got back from dinner/walking around. First floor was not any cooler. AC still read 72 degrees, even after lowering it to 68 degrees several hours before. Began to notice a damp/moldy smell and saw that there was also dehumidifier on. We rented a house in Cape May. Arrived Saturday trouble with hot water. Plumber never showed up until Tuesday. Needed to order another part. Realtor said " owner is dilengently working on it". Plumber said maybe Wednesday? No other options given. Terrible customer service.
