I do not recommend to use or rent from there property management. They are spiteful and arrogant and lie and completely over step. I have lived in this house for 16 years only dealing with owner and only a few years into the owner using century 21 for there rental services and they have raised my rent out of spite more then what was originally offered because I got into a disagreement with a guy named cory in the Hemet office. Completely illegal! Stay away! Far away!
Avoid using Century 21 if possible. We have bought and sold 3 houses and have always been provided copies of closing documents. We sold a house with Centure 21 but had to sign via mobile notary. In the past, when we signed via mobile notary, we were sent a copy of the fully executed documents. Century 21 did not provide us copies of the closing documents fully executed.
