I have to agree with everyone saying they were being strung along! Seems like it's the thing this agency does. The representative Laurie told a group that they cleared the application process and even asked them for the security deposit. The group asked for a lease and then two days later were told they didn't get the house. No explanation or apology for wasting their time while trying to find suitable housing. Please think twice about giving them any of your business. List and sell with another realty company!
don’t waste your time with these people. they string you along and tell you you’re approved and then cancel your application and move someone else in. Matthew Handwerk is one of the worst people i’ve ever had to deal with. Additionally the broker, Becky, is just as horrible. HORRIBLE agency, don’t waste your time
Do not work with Mathew Handwerk, he could not make a commitment for anything we had an initial showing that he just decided not to show up for no phone call text anything just left us there standing infront of the property. He strung us along for a whole month telling us he would "update us tomorrow" and his updates were "Owners are out of town update you tomorrow" until he decided to just straight out ignore us. we had to have our broker call his broker that still could not get ahold of him.
