Horrible communication and unprofessional.
Bad buisnes they won't help you there snotty and rude I bought land and went in there to ask about my map for it and refused to help me and rude to cause im came in from work all dirty I was treated rude I don't appreciate that and if you don't appreciate it then you shouldn't go here either go to a different office of there's they rude and snobby if your snobby you ll like it ,
I have to agree with everyone saying they were being strung along! Seems like it's the thing this agency does. The representative Laurie told a group that they cleared the application process and even asked them for the security deposit. The group asked for a lease and then two days later were told they didn't get the house. No explanation or apology for wasting their time while trying to find suitable housing. Please think twice about giving them any of your business. List and sell with another realty company!
don’t waste your time with these people. they string you along and tell you you’re approved and then cancel your application and move someone else in. Matthew Handwerk is one of the worst people i’ve ever had to deal with. Additionally the broker, Becky, is just as horrible. HORRIBLE agency, don’t waste your time
