Bought a property and home with of of Century 21’s agents representing the seller. Toni the agent was very unprofessional, rude, and just very in organized. She couldn’t even bother to show up at closing to bring the keys to the house and the storage shed. She brought them by the title office 3 hours late and the title office is 1 hour away from where I live. Not to mention, the next day I go out to the property and she gave me the wrong keys.
