Marissa was such a joy to work with. She took the time to listen to our vision and found some amazing houses for us. As first time home buyers, the process was so easy and non intimidating because Marissa was there the entire time and always explained everything in detail and in a way that was easy for us to understand. She went the extra mile to make sure that every little detail was taken care of and always had our best interest in mind. Her negotiation skills are TOP NOTCH! We can't recommend Marissa enough!
If you want no communication or confusing communication, excessive fees, a realtor who keeps making mistakes and claims she has never done this before, a realtor who doesn't list your property but sells it to someone in her office because she convinces you it needs to be done this way and seems to be working for them..then this is it. I have never dealt with such an inept person/company before. Stupid surprises all the way to the end. I highly DO NOT recommend.
