We've had to spend approximately $12k in house repairs after we bought our first house last year with Century 21 realtors representing us. At time of viewing with Candy and Randy Hudson, we had mentioned there is a bad odor in the house. We asked them, what is going on, it really doesn't smell good, can we bring this up to the owners and ask them to fix this?
