Emma was absolutely wonderful through the ups and downs of the sale. She always kept us informed. She was always kind and reassuring. She is extremely knowledgeable in the ins and outs of real estate. She represented us in a professional manner throughout the process.
Emma Gunn was incredible to work with. She was beyond knowledgeable and very patient with our search and closing process. It was my first time purchasing in VT and there were a lot of learning curves when buying in a rural area compared to a city. She answered every question and concern and was able to provide resources for every single thing we needed. She is our VT realtor for life and wouldn’t have anyone else!

Our agent, Scott Palzer, was knowledgeable and guided us through the process of finding a new home in Vermont. His knowledge of available homes in the different areas in northern Vermont and the advantages of each area (taxes, schools, recreation, etc) was instrumental in making our buying decision.
Scott was an excellent real estate agent. He worked with us long distance, sending us various properties and homes to look at and even did video walk-throughs to narrow down those that we would come see in person. He was very knowledgeable about home repairs that would be needed and the costs involved. After we decided on a place, he was able to give us recommendations for companies and people that could do a lot of the work and was very good with all of the paperwork involved for the sale itself.
