Brian and Ruthann are great communicators and very professional in their market evaluation in their current trends of the real estate market. There were many ups and downs and turns they handled them all flawlessly. With great communication and options to me. The home sold for less than the evaluation, but that was due to the market changes. I think them very much for helping us sell our home.
Not only was Brian an amazing agent, but he treated me as a friend. He always answered his phone. He answered all of my silly questions without judgement, and if he didn't know the answer he was honest, and told me he would find the answer immediately and let me know asap. He bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of and we had all the information we needed, and asked for. Absolutely amazing person, and anybody would be lucky to have him on their side.
