I’m so confused about my experience with the agent Joseph McGonagle. I messaged them about an apartment that is available to rent. They read the message and left me on read. Not wanting to assume anything, a couple days later I messaged them again if the apartment was for rent or not. Again they read the message just couple minutes after I sent it, no answer. This is just unprofessional, and ridiculous. Having such agent working for your company surely can not guarantee a good outcome.
Jennifer Schneider was difficult and nonresponsive
Jennifer Schneider disappointed us. She was dishonest and greedy. Working with her caused us a huge amount of stress and aggravation. Though she showed initiative in selling our condo, her primary motivation was to maximize her own profits, not her client’s. We deserved better in an agent.
