I gave one star because there isn't an option for zero, but they actually deserve much less than that. The customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. When you call, they hang up before finishing the conversation. It’s a very bad experience; I strongly advise against renting from them.
I do not live at this building, but it is managed by Century Elite 21. For the last 3 going on 4 weeks a mattress and other random broken furniture have been outside of this building. Multiple calls have been made to have the furniture removed as it is an eyesore to their own property and the neighboring properties. The last call that was made, led to me being hung up on by whoever the admin was that answers the phones. The lack of professionalism in the office seems to align with the lack of care to the assets they manage.
Don’t rent from these people. Rudy hosta is a slumlord who will do nothing except rip you off. Even if you are in an unsafe living situation he will gaslight you and tell you to “stay in a hotel”. He has his friends and family doing the cleaning and maintenance so fully expect they will keep all your deposit and then some when you move out. The charges included $450 to touch up paint on the walls $200 for a towel rod that was broken and held up with caulking when I moved or $250 for a toilet, also broken at move in.
