Be careful renting here. The management company sucks. Big time. I've been living in this place for over a week now, and my kitchen has lost power twice. I'm blind, I have a guide dog, and I'm having to take eye drops to treat glaucoma and calcium deposit removal. GOOD LAWYER
I was asked if I alone made 3x the rent to qualify, which felt completely out of touch with reality—especially in today’s housing market. If I made that much, I’d be buying a house, not trying to rent. The income requirements seem unrealistic and inflexible, and it makes the whole process unnecessary to reach out. Would recommend re-evaluating the approval criteria to better reflect what working professionals can actually afford.
