I was asked if I alone made 3x the rent to qualify, which felt completely out of touch with reality—especially in today’s housing market. If I made that much, I’d be buying a house, not trying to rent. The income requirements seem unrealistic and inflexible, and it makes the whole process unnecessary to reach out. Would recommend re-evaluating the approval criteria to better reflect what working professionals can actually afford.
Very poor office employment. Very rude and disrespectful. Was denied a rental house because my and my spouse aren’t married which is illegal. Also they offered our App fee back, and then send it too the wrong Account and argue that they aren’t wrong and know what there doing they do it everyday and won’t respond and take care of the matter.
