If I could rate Dean Gilbert, Jr. a ZERO, I would. Dean Gilbert Jr. gave a new name to sleeze as a landlord this May 2024. In May of 2024 he decided to shut down the 20 plus year business of A New You at 1700 N. Travis Street where Shirley, Melissa, Kristy, Karee, Dawn, Savannah, and many more had served the community of Texoma for decades. Dean Gilbert Jr.would not only come in the salon and demand to be first for a cut even without an appointment. He made his presence known and it made many uncomfortable but not him.
