I would give it 5 stars but if a rental property is willing to move you IN for a pro-rated rate, they should be willing to move you OUT for a pro-rated rate (with enough heads-up). I lost $850..... 😑 Oh well. Other than that the service was quick and helpful. The agents were great to deal with.

They Argued with me on whether or not they were allowed to do a showing despite the fact they hadn't given 24 hours notice and we're in the middle of a pandemic and then after the landlord told the Realtor no they showed up anyway. Please do not use them they are Tyrants and will do anything to show a house even if it's not necessarily legal.
I've been trying to get ahold of my property manager multiple times in a month by phone and email. I haven't received one answer. Unfortunately I don't live in Dawson Creek so I can't walk into the office.Thanks Century 21, you're doing a hell of a job! In fact, I'm not even sure who my property manager is.
