Purchased home listed by Century21 homes and sold by Lisa Perry Smith end of May it’s now September. Have called and emailed both numerous times requesting that the lockbox be removed from our door. Not a single reply. When they show you who they are believe them. They got their $$ and now feel they have no further responsibility. Extremely poor service and management. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
Kira helped me sell my house at my asking price and she was simply outstanding. During our first meeting, she explained that entire process, time frames, what we needed to do and when and what her responsibility was. She goes above and beyond for her clients 24/7. I couldn’t have dreamed of better result from selling my property and if it wasn’t for Kira’s experience, knowledge and hard work, it would never have happened. Thank you Kira.
Kiras client had removed fixed items from the house which we did not notice until after the closing. When we alerted her about this she was defensive and then disinterested, but said she would look into it when pressed. She got back to my agent and and said it belonged to the seller and that it was too late, that we should have noticed when checking the house out at the walk thru.
