I met Jacob Hutchins via a phone call. He sounded so nice and interested in helping me sell my home that I just had to meet him. We met and discussed the challenge I had before me. Sarah completely ignored me when I reached out to view a rental. I was even told some wrong information and drove all the way to her office to pick the keys up to view and found out the property was occupied. I left my name and number to call me when I could view and she never did. I called and emailed trying to schedule a showing and she just completely ignored me and then I’m told the property has been rented. I can guarantee her 5 star reviews are fake as hell.
Real Estate Question. When a house is under contract and the realtor allows the buyer to make another inspection after the contract was signed resulting in the buyer wanting to renegotiate? What is the solution to that? Should we re-negotiate or should be tell them no? I will update this later after I inquire around. Thanks, Todd
