BEWARE BEFORE YOU APPLY We found a property we were ready to move on immediately — until we tried to get a SIMPLE answer. Nowhere on the listing does it say whether small dogs are allowed. One of thier units had a busted pipe which caused my unit to become drenched ruining almost everything in my unit. The night it happened the maintenance Mgr of Coastal Lifestyles told me "You will be taken care of". Three days later the office manager told me the same thing yet a week later she changed her tune and told me "We will not repair your unit" , which caused a significance amount of water damage. We booked our room with Coastal properties a few months ago. Aside from being here with tropical storm Debby because they do not refund nor do they allow you to reschedule if you decide leave early, they just said it’s a “forfeit”. Ok, not their problem, a storm is something they can’t control. Let’s get to what I feel wasn’t disclosed to us upon booking with them. First, there is no phone in this room.
