I recommend Sharon Overholt Maxey and her team unequivocally! We had some ups and downs in the sales process. The pre- sale process went well - I had contractors for much of the work that I was already comfortable working with, but Sharon had contractors to "fill in" where I had no one, and they were very experienced and were able to get the work done on time with very tight timeframes.
