Jim Gamble is the MOST unethical realtor I have ever come in contact with. No communication, never received a copy of a offer, would never update me with what was happening with the process of the sell, I sent signed forms back on 9/5 for them to send the 200.00 escrow money ( again that wasn’t discussed with me as the seller) in which I’m still waiting for, and has place a mechanical lien against my property because the buyer had to have certain things done for the loan and then backed out from buying. We have been renters for more than a year. We are both professional who are renting between owning houses because of the market. Fox Property management is unresponsive and unprofessional. Our calls go unreturned. The punch list of repairs from move in was never complete. When the leaking roof finally was fixed after weeks of raining into the kitchen, we gave up on the remainder of the list. Those repairs and others reported are never made.
