Misrepresentation of property at 1150 Woodside circle camden. This was my in-laws house that just died. The last owner died there also so that makes 3 that died at this house. They paid 149,000 3 years ago. The gas logs and disposal do not work. Garage will only fit one car. Has some plumbing issues with hot water reaching other end of house. Inside central air makes loud noise. The county went up to 199,000 appraisal just this year but no improvements made to justify increase in value. Small garden spot is good though. Hous... read more
Called this office twice and never received a response. I left a short, specific query and I assume they weren't interested in doing business with me. I did find what we needed on my own. Living there three months was a real eye-opener, having low expectations is where you'll find satisfaction with this business.
First of all, I would like to say that I don't like writing bad reviews but this one is a no Brainer! The unprofessionalism of the realtor, and the tardiness, as well as not being able to get in touch with her, we had to deal with is unbelievable I cannot imagine her ever and I mean ever selling or renting anything. She belittles you and makes you feel stupid like you don't know anything. If she worked for me, I would fire her. She is more worried about her life than doing her job.
