Unfortunately I had the worst real estate deal ever with this company to this date. My agent who was representing me is of the same agency as the seller's company and I give him credit, he did what he was able to do with what limited communication there was. So I would absolutely recommend him but the company I don't nor the seller Gary VanWormer.
