Unfortunately I had the worst real estate deal ever with this company to this date. My agent who was representing me is of the same agency as the seller's company and I give him credit, he did what he was able to do with what limited communication there was. So I would absolutely recommend him but the company I don't nor the seller Gary VanWormer. Great agency Michelle was great along with the owner/manager.
After speaking to another realtor who wasn't responsive we e-mailed Cliff after checking his reviews. He was very responsive. Even though he didn't know us and we were out of state he agreed to show us 5 different properties of our choosing on the weekend at short notice. He never asked for proof of funds or a mortgage pre-approval. He was on time at the first property and even brought additional paperwork.
