I would be careful using these guys to sell anything. They lied to me on several occasions. They lied about closing buyer. They lied to me saying I could not increase the listing price. They refused to get buyers in a bidding war just so they could have a quick easy sale.so sent blank contracts and when I questioned it they removed them. And when it came time to collect ******* money I had to negotiate on my own. they wanted me to give buyer their money back even tho the buyer didnt fulfill their agreement.
