Worst company to work with, don't get the loan they offer you, don't work with the escrow, or even worst NEVER work wit ARTURO ALEMAN.
This office was the worst escrow office I've ever dealt with. We ended up filing a Small Claim Case with them and almost lost chance to buy other houses because the escrow division in this office held our deposit for 120 days or more. Half a year later, I won the small claim case and still could not get our deposit back. Even the court commisioner has ruled by my side and court order specifically said the escrow office needs to release our deposit.
