Hannah Grimes helped me find my first home and she was wonderful to work with! She was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful throughout the home search process which it was a long road, she showed me at least 10-12 homes. I never felt rushed though and she helped me find my perfect home for my son & I! Thank you so much, Hannah!!
Felt very baited and switched by a very inaccurate Sellers Estimate Net Sheet filled out by my realtor when all was said and done. Although a very contentious probate situation did not help matters however, at end of day two areas of estimated expenses were very far apart and not what they were originally stated. "Trust but Verify" with this agency.
Great experience with Janet Haight, an agent from this office. She was beyond expectations. I have bought and sold several houses and this was one of the best agents I have ever worked with. Honest, responsive, detailed....just tremendous. Would highly recommend!
