Felt very baited and switched by a very inaccurate Sellers Estimate Net Sheet filled out by my realtor when all was said and done. Although a very contentious probate situation did not help matters however, at end of day two areas of estimated expenses were very far apart and not what they were originally stated. "Trust but Verify" with this agency.
