I rented from this company, and thought everything was okay. Until we decided Not to resign our lease due to the price going up, which is understandable but the home was not worth that price! I have lost all respect for this company when I received the detailed breakdown of why I did not get my deposit back in full. The charges were ridiculous! $25 to remove a tire swing, $140 to mow the grass, which was mowed the DAY BEFORE I turned the keys in, almost $260 to clean the home after landlord stated no cleaning was necessary. ... read more
