We had a very successful, quick and enjoyable time working with Linda Rademacher. She was very efficient, accommodating and super friendly in all our dealings and phone calls and went out of her way to help. We would definitely work with her again in the future and highly recommend her.

I had a terrible experience with this agent. My house was on the market for 9 months and was only shown 3 times. My house is less than 2 years old. I put in new carpet throughout less than 6 months ago. Also I had recently replaced the w/d, dishwasher and stove. Her written description of my home made my house sound like I don’t have central air conditioning and heat or even a bathtub!
