If i could give them a zero I would... 1st off they do not call you back until you leave multiple messages. They do not do 1st come 1st serve on rentals. Instead after they finally return your messages they tell you that they chose a applicant that makes more money than you. Even if you you pass all thier criteria upon application. They scam you our of your money and refuse to give you a letter as to why you were not approved. Which is against washington state RCW codes. Their office is not really at 41 W.
