Kelly is the worst. We lost out on a rental because of her. She said she would send me pictures of a house later that afternoon so that we could apply for it. We waited a few DAYS for the pictures, but she never sent them. And in the meantime, someone else applied for the house and got it before we even had a chance to look at it. BUT, based on the reviews of people that are actually stuck paying money to this company, it sounds like we lucked out not going in to a contract with these people. I have lived on my own for 10 + years and never in my life as a renter have I had a company or office care so little about there tenants concerns and well being. The people in the office are rude have no good manner in dealing with the renters. All I ever get is “it’s not our problem” so frustrated and disappointed with Century 21 Bell
