Sherry was great! She was very knowledgeable of the area and was very communicative during the whole process. Home buying is very stressful but she made the process much easier to manage.
I came to Sherry after a bad experience with an ugly houses company that resulted in a lawsuit to clear the title on my grandmother's house. While, it took 6 months to close on the house sure to the legal actions, Sherry had 8 offers within the first week and worked to extend the contract with the buyer multiple times until we received the judgment to clear the title. Sherry made a very difficult and stressful situation easier to handle and successfully got us through to close.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve done throughout this process. Your dedication, honesty, and willingness to stand by your word really stood out, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Finding the right property isn’t always easy, but you made it a smooth and positive experience. I truly appreciate the time and effort you put in, and I’m grateful to have had you on my side. Sherry Macko was always on top of things getting the proper people lined up to get the deal done. Always kept us informed on how things were going and if things changed or needed to be completed. Got the house that is just right for my daughter and Granddaughter, they are happy, thank you. She continued to show support by showing us other listings, if the one we chosed fell through, but all worked as should.
