Sherry Macko is quite possibly the worst realtor to have dealt with. She has refused to put in offer when asked because she knew better than me and my contractor. I will not do business with someone like this.
Sherry had multiple showings set up for my home as soon as it was listed for sale. I had a better offer than I thought possible on my home within 48 hours of it being listed. When the home was appraised the value was set within $1000 of what Sherry had estimated. She was within 0.5%, That's Amazing! I couldn't ask for a better experience
Sherry was great! She was very knowledgeable of the area and was very communicative during the whole process. Home buying is very stressful but she made the process much easier to manage.
I came to Sherry after a bad experience with an ugly houses company that resulted in a lawsuit to clear the title on my grandmother's house. While, it took 6 months to close on the house sure to the legal actions, Sherry had 8 offers within the first week and worked to extend the contract with the buyer multiple times until we received the judgment to clear the title. Sherry made a very difficult and stressful situation easier to handle and successfully got us through to close.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for everything you’ve done throughout this process. Your dedication, honesty, and willingness to stand by your word really stood out, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Finding the right property isn’t always easy, but you made it a smooth and positive experience. I truly appreciate the time and effort you put in, and I’m grateful to have had you on my side. Thanks again for your professionalism and integrity—it means a lot.
