I had such a poor experience as a tenant in a property under Atwood's management arm that when I bought a house, I refused to look at any houses listed by agents under their realty arm. I moved out in 2022, and Atwood Management still owes me money for failing to return my deposit in a timely manner. Complaints to the Attorney General and calling Atwood's office failed to yield any results despite promises to return calls by folks at Atwood (Ramona was the last person I talked with).
