If you are looking at buying a house from Adam Klarkowski from this group or Packerland Home Buyers LLC who Adam is the registered agent for BEWARE get a home inspector for sure and check everything and make sure they check attic and that he pulled permits for all work done. Went to have a fan installed by electrician to find out the house at some point had been infested with raccoons and squirrels. All the electrical wiring in attic was chewed.
