John Sanuk was the selling agent on our house. It was a TERRIBLE experience with him. We caught him in multiple lies about cleaning out the sellers old things as well as paying the overdue property taxes. Thankfully my realtor was on him to fix most of his lies and mistakes but he was extremely sketchy because he was also cousins with the seller!!
