So where do I begin. My family and I flew down here in August to find a place to move to. We found a place and everything went smooth. I dropped off the security deposit and first months rent as required. I informed the property manager that we will drive down and I’m not sure on what time we would arrive. Moving forward after we began our road trip I was informed I would have to come in person to sign the lease. Worst experience ever... they tell you one thing on the phone, then go against there word and say that it's not in wrighting and threaten to sue.... they're scandals that lie.

I would NOT recommend using this company if listed as the broker or property manager of a rental property. They are unable to properly manage the relationship with the owners and potential renters. My application was not approved for a property despite having an income 28 times the rent and having never missed a mortgage payment or rent payment EVER in 27 years!
