Hi everyone. I was in contact with Eunice Puerto through Zillows partnership with them. I reached out about being interested in buying a home with century 21. I was very clear on my parameters on the type of home that i was looking for. The market is currently on a downtrend and Eunice wanted to tell me that the market is really hot despite the high amount of listings. So happy we chose Century 21 Alliance and Lea Mazurie. We got almost 50% MORE than a local realtor said we would get....50 % MORE MONEY. Isn't that what it's about. Added bonus was the great deal for the purchase of the new home. WIN WIN!!!
