Tried to call office" system operator unavailable " message then disconnected . Would give zero if available. Time of call 9:30 AM pacific.
Agent seemed nice enough at first but had lots of trouble with the warehouse she leased me down in Puhi. The building was nice enough for a commercial warehouse but geez dealing with the owner and the back and forth was just a waste of time. Avoid leasing any commercial building down in Puhi or better yet do your own research and ask the neighbors before leasing.. I didn't find out til after I signed a lease the horrible treatment of tenants.. Good luck getting your deposit back. Mahalo
