If I could give this place less than one star, I would.Before I even signed the lease, I informed them that the toilet in the duplex I was considering was constantly running. I told them again when I signed the lease and also wrote it on the sheet they have you fill out with things that are broken or damaged on the property. We used Century 21 Acadia Realty to sell our home. They were excellent. They streamlined the whole process and made it very efficient.
Century 21 Acadia had the best customer service out of any realtor I've ever worked with. They never let an email or phone call go unanswered, and if they don't know something they take the time to find out and get back to you with an in depth answer.
Everyone here was very helpful and made the buying and selling process very simple. I can't thank them enough.
I bought a bank foreclosure from them and closed very fast. Their mortgage company had great rates and great services. I paid NO closing cost. I got a very good deal and would buy another home from them.
I've rented through them & they're terrible. We should've known when the agent didn't feel like driving a little further out to show us the place...
