Contacted Thursday to setup showing for Friday after looking over property decided to put in offer. Contacted again on Sunday morning with phone call, no answer and decided to text whenever hear news. Texted back Sunday night saying he’d contact listing agent. Call Monday at 1pm to hear an updated no answer, get call back at 3pm saying it’s sold they had couple other offers. I never got a chance to make another offer or even considered for another offer it’s like he just gave up. Sticking with Jenny Coleman from now on!
Don’t recommend the guy, didn’t keep us updated on anything, never would answer texts or calls. Because of the bad communication we didn’t get a chance to get the property, very upset.
Look elsewhere - there are reasons they put ambulance chasing lawyers and real estate agents in the same category. This is one of them!
Trying to get Jon to communicate with me was like pulling teeth. When he would respond he'd tell me to contact my banker (which I had done and was told that's something my realtor would be able to answer) or was made to feel as though I was wasting his time. I had to remind him he was the buyers realtor and that means he needs to communicate with me. At the closing, the seller asked me if I'd been told about a few things that he had asked Jon and Stephanie to tell me. They did not which the seller wasn't to happy about. Need... read more
